My name is Patricia DeSandro and I am a certified hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Touch Practioner. I have a background in teaching preschool, junior high, high school, and adult art classes. I have studied meditation for 15 years and have been teaching meditation techniques for 10 years. My training in Hypnosis and Therapeutic Touch was completed at Infinity Institute International in the Detroit area. I have been extensively trained in Self-hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, and Holistic Hypnoanalysis, with special certification in Hypnoanesthesia and Pain Management.
My qualifications and experience allow me to help you find the answers you need within your own mind to bring peace, confidence and health to your life.
I can work with you and your doctor/dentist to prepare you for medical/dental procedures. I can teach you how to control your pain and assist in your own healing process.
I can help you change self-sabotaging habits and teach you how to access your "power within" with self-hypnosis techniques. These will clear the way for you to accomplish whatever goals you have for your life.
My hypnosis practice focuses most on four areas:
1) Hypnoanesthesia and pain management, which includes preparation for surgery and childbirth.
2) Regression work for anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias
3) Teaching meditation techniques for spiritual growth, psychic development and stress relief.
4) Energy and spirit releasements accomplished with my own special techniques developed from years of experience.
